Provide Customer Support to your clients
Getting Started
Agency plan owners can integrate customer support or a live chat system to handle client queries. Agency clients can contact agencies directly from their Dashboards. This article will cover how agencies can integrate live chat support for their clients.
Configuring Customer Support
To configure customer support as an agency owner, refer to the steps listed below:
- Go to your Client’s site dashboard
- Click on the Advanced Configurations (🛠️) option in the left panel.
- Select Agency Site Configuration under the Site Settings section.
- Choose the platform you would like to integrate from the Chat Service Provider dropdown.
- Paste the embed script from your selected platform
- Press the Submit button

From your end, you will see Dorik’s customer support on the right side of your screen, but your client(or invited member) will see the chat support which you have integrated.
Integrating Whatsapp Widget with Elfsight
To integrate a WhatsApp widget using Elfsight, copy the Elfsight installation code from here. In the CMS site dashboard, click Advanced Configurations (🛠️) in the left panel. Select Agency Site Configuration under Site Settings, choose Elfsight from Chat Service Provider, paste the code into the `Script` field, and click Submit.

Integrating Crisp
To integrate Crisp into your client’s dashboard, follow these steps:
First, copy the installation code from Crisp by following this link. Then, select Crisp from the Chat Service Provider option and paste the installation code into the Script field.
Integrating Intercom
To learn how to integrate Intercom into your client’s dashboard, first copy the integration code from Intercom by following this link. Then, select INTERCOM from the Chat Service Provider option and paste the installation code into the Script field.
Integrating Freshchat
To learn how to integrate Freshchat into your client’s dashboard, first copy the integration code from Intercom by following this link. Then, select FRESHCHAT from the Chat Service Provider option and paste the installation code into the Script field.
Integrating HelpScout
To integrate HelpScout into your client’s dashboard, start by copying the integration code from HelpScout using this link. Next, choose HelpScout from the Chat Service Provider option and paste the installation code into the Script field.
Integrating HubSpot
To add HubSpot to your client’s dashboard, begin by copying the integration code from HubSpot via this link. Then, select HubSpot from the Chat Service Provider menu and enter the code into the Script field.
Integrating LiveChat
To learn how to integrate LiveChat into your client’s dashboard, first copy the integration code from LiveChat by following this link. Then, select LIVECHAT from the Chat Service Provider option and paste the installation code into the Script field.
Integrating Tidio
To integrate Tidio into your client’s dashboard, start by copying the integration code from Tidio using this link. Next, choose `Tidio` from the Chat Service Provider option and paste the installation code into the Script field.
Integrating Tawk
To add Tawk to your client’s dashboard, begin by copying the integration code from Tawk via this link. Then, select `TAWK` from the Chat Service Provider menu and enter the code into the Script field.
Integrating Elfsight
To learn how to integrate Elfsight into your client’s dashboard, first copy the integration code from Elfsight by following this link. Then, select ELFSIGHT from the Chat Service Provider option and paste the installation code into the Script field.
Testing the Client's End
Your client will have the option to contact you through the chat support that you integrate. To test this, follow the steps listed below:
- Go to Team Members under Style and Settings
- Click on the + Invite Member button
- Use a unique email address on the Email Address input field (any mail address will do other than the one you used to purchase the Agency plan)
- Check your mail inbox and open the mail you receive from your website
- Right-click on the Accept Invite button on the mail
- Choose Open in Incognito Window
- You will be logged in as your client
- The Chat Support option can be seen on the bottom-right of your Dashboard
