How to integrate Crisp (Live chat box)?

Integrating Crisp will enable a live chat box on your website, allowing users to send direct messages and receive support. This article will guide you through the process of integrating Crisp on your Dorik site.


Integrating Crisp



Follow the steps below to integrate Crisp on the Dorik site:

- Log in to the Crisp dashboard.
- Click on the Setup button from the bottom left side of the Crisp dashboard.
- Click on the </> HTML option from the list.
- Copy the Website ID labelled number from the code Crisp provides.
- Go to your Dorik site dashboard and click on the Site Settings option in the left panel.
- Go to the Integrations tab.
- Expand the Chat & Marketing option.
- In the Crisp.Chat Website ID field, paste the Website ID you copied in Step 4 and then publish your site to check it live.
- On the live site, your Crisp icon will appear as expected.

Log in to the Crisp dashboard.






Click on the Setup button located on the bottom left side of the Crisp dashboard.






Select the </> HTML option from the list.







Copy the Website ID from the code provided by Crisp. This ID is labelled clearly within the code snippet.






Now go to your Dorik site dashboard and click on the Site Settings option in the left panel.






Navigate to the Integrations tab.






Expand the Chat & Marketing option.






Paste the Website ID you copied from Crisp into the Crisp.Chat Website ID field. Publish your site to apply the changes and check if the Crisp integration is live.






Verify the Crisp icon on your live site to ensure it appears correctly.
