Getting Started



To create a new website with Dorik, you can start with Static or CMS. In this documentation, you will learn how to start with Dorik Static. Follow the steps below to learn about the process.


Create a new website with Static



Follow all the steps below to learn how to create a new website with Static —

- Log into your dorik account and go to Static under Sites
- Click on + Create New Site from the dashboard's top right corner
- To create a new website, you can
— Select a template if you want to start with a template
— Or click on + Create From Scratch to start with a blank canvas
— Or click on Import JSON to import any template

Building or Customizing the site



Follow all the steps below to learn how to build or customize your website —

- After choosing or importing a template or selecting creating from scratch, your Dorik website builder will open
- You may build or customize your website by following our
- Builder Basics


Save & Publish the site



Follow all the steps below to learn how to Save & Publish your website —

- After building or adding content to your website, you may save it as a draft without publishing it to a live URL by clicking the Save button from the top navigation
- Click on Publish from the top right corner to make your website live
- After clicking the Publish button, a pop-up will appear
- Enter the Project Name and Domain name
- Set your Site URL ( Subdomain or Custom Domain )
- Click on Publish
- To visit your site externally, click on the icon right next to Publish button
