Airtable Job Board

The Airtable Job board element allows you to integrate Airtable and embed job data from Airtable’s API. It is particularly useful if you are willing to display job data from Airtable on your website. This article will cover how you can add and edit the Airtable Job Board element. Follow all instructions accordingly.

Adding the Airtable Job Board element

Follow the steps below to add an Airtable Job Board to your site.

- Click on Add Element in an empty row and section
- From the Airtable Elements section, select Airtable Job Board

Airtable Connection

To integrate Airtable, follow the instructions and steps given below:

Expand the Airtable Connection option in the Airtable Job Board editor and click on Clone Airtable Templates.




You will be redirected to a preset Airtable base





Click on Copy base




Choose a workspace to copy the base to and click on Add base





After this, go to the URL www.airtable.com/account




From here, click the Go to developer hub button as shown below




Click on the Create Token button and then follow the steps shown in the video below:





Go to the builder and select Add New API Key from the Airtable Job Board editor. Then give it a name and paste the Token key you copied in the previous step.




Choose the base and configure your Airtable Job board element




Choose a Table



Your Airtable Job Board has been connected and configured ⬇️

Airtable Job Board

Airtable Grid

The Airtable Grid element allows you to integrate Airtable and embed data from Airtable’s API, and the format of this data displayed will be in a Grid-like structure. This article will cover how you can add and edit the Airtable Grid element. Follow all instructions accordingly.

Adding the Airtable Grid element

Follow the steps below to add an Airtable Grid to your site.

Click on Add Element in an empty row and section
From the Airtable Elements section, select Airtable Grid

Integrating Airtable

To integrate Airtable, follow the instructions and steps given below:

Expand the Airtable Connection option in the Airtable Grid editor and click on Clone Airtable Templates. (Cloning is used for testing purposes, you can choose your own Airtable base)



You will be redirected to an Airtable base



Click on Copy base




Choose a workspace to copy the base to and click on Add base




After this, go to the URL www.airtable.com/account




From here, click the Go to developer hub button as shown below




Click on the Create Token button and then follow the steps shown in the video below:





Go back to the builder and select Add New API Key from the Airtable Grid editor. Then give it a name and paste the Token key you copied in the previous step.




Select the name of the key, choose the base and select the way you want your Airtable element to be displayed.

Airtable Table

The Airtable Table element allows you to integrate Airtable and embed data from Airtable’s API in a table format. This article will cover how you can add and edit the Airtable Table element. Follow all instructions accordingly.

Adding the Airtable Table element

Follow the steps below to add an Airtable Table to your site.

- Click on Add Element in an empty row and section
- From the Airtable Elements section, select Airtable Table
