Airtable integration on the Custom Form element allows you to store all your data easily. This article will walk you through the steps to connect Airtable with your Custom Form.

Adding Custom Form

Follow the below steps to add a Custom form element on your site:

- Click + Add New Section and select a Container.
- Click on the + button labelled with Add Element or Container.
- Then, select Custom Form from the Elements tab.

Airtable Integration

Follow these steps to integrate Airtable with your Custom Form:

- Edit Element: Click on the custom form to edit.
- Form Configuration: Select Integromat from the Send To field.
- Create Scenario: On Integromat, click + Create a new scenario.
- Add Webhook Module: Select Webhooks, create a webhook, copy the webhook URL, and run the module.
- Enter Webhook URL: Enter the Webhook URL in the form configuration and publish your site to send test data.
- Create Airtable Table: Create a table in Airtable matching your form fields.
- Add Airtable Module: In your Make scenario, select Airtable, add a connection, select your Base & Table, add Records, and run once.
- Publish and Check: Publish your site and verify everything is working.

On your Dorik site, click on the custom form to Edit Element.





Scroll down to the Form Configuration and choose Integromat from the Send To field.





Go to the make.com dashboard and click on the + Create a new scenario button to create a new scenario.






Add a new module, then do the following: select Webhooks, create a webhook that triggers when it receives data, add a new webhook, copy the webhook URL, and run the module.









Go to your website builder, then do the following: click Edit Element, scroll down to Form Configuration, enter the Webhook URL in the input field, and publish your site to send test data.





Now go to your Airtable dashboard and create a table according to your Custom Form fields.









Go back to your make.com dashboard and add a new module to your Make scenario. Do the following: add a new module, select Airtable, add a new connection (you will need the API or Token or OAuth authentication for this step), select your Airtable Base & Table, add Records in the appropriate fields, and run once.





Go to your website dashboard, click on the Publish button, and check if everything is working correctly.
