How to embed a Convertkit form in Dorik

This article will cover embedding a ConvertKit Form into your website. Follow all the instructions below to embed a ConvertKit Form into your site.


Embedding ConvertKit Form into Dorik



You can embed a ConvertKit Form into Dorik Classic or CMS site by using the Custom Code element. You can use either a Javascript or an HTML code to embed the Form from the ConverKit.

Getting the Embed Code of the ConvertKit Form



Follow the steps below to learn how to get the embed code of a ConvertKit Form

Once you are in your ConvertKit dashboard, go to Grow from the top navigation
Click on the Dropdown arrow & select Landing Pages & Forms
Click on +Create New from the lower right corner
Click on Form
Choose any Display Format of form according to your preference
Select any template by clicking on Choose
Click on Publish from the upper right corner & a Pop-up will appear
From the pop-up, copy the Javascript code by clicking on Copy
Or copy the HTML code by clicking on Copy

Once you are in your ConvertKit dashboard, go to Grow from the top navigation





Click on the Dropdown arrow & select Landing Pages & Forms





Click on + Create New from the lower right corner





Click on Form





Choose any Display Format of form according to your preference




Select any template by clicking on Choose





Click on Publish from the upper right corner





After pressing Publish, a Pop-up will appear like below:





Copy the Javascript code by clicking on Copy




Or copy the HTML code by clicking on Copy





Embedding the Code into Your Website in Dorik



Follow the steps below to learn how to embed the code of ConvertKit Form into your site —

In your website builder, add a new section by clicking on +Add New Section
Choose a Custom Section with a regular row and column
Click on Add New Element
Select the Custom Code element under General Elements
Edit the Custom Code Element by clicking on it
From the editor, go to Custom Code under General
Paste the Javascript code of the form that you copied from ConvertKit under the JAVASCRIPT field
Or paste the HTML code of the form that you copied from ConvertKit under the HTML field
Press Publish & the ConvertKit Form will be embedded into your site
To visit your site, click on the button right next to Publish
