Follow all the instructions accordingly to integrate **Zapier** into your subscription form. --- # Integrate Zapier with the Subscription Form Element **Follow all the steps below** to learn how to integrate **Zapier** — - Add **Subscription Form** element by clicking on the **`Add New Element`** - Select **Subscription Form** - Click on the **`Edit Element`,** go to **Webhook** & select **Zapier** from the dropdown - Go to your Zapier Account and then click on the `+ **Create` button.** - Click on the `⚡ Zaps` option from that popup modal. - Click on the `Trigger` & search for **Webhook** and select **Webhooks by Zapier** - Copy the **Webhook URL** - Go back to your builder & paste it under the **Webhook URL** field - And to test the connection to see if it is connected to Zapier or not, publish your site and fill up the subscription form**,** and it will send some test data to Zapier. - After that, go back to your Zapier account & click on the `Test trigger` button. - Click on the `Continue` button - Select **Airtable,** **Create Record** from **Zapier** & click on the `Continue` button || 💡 If you don't have an Airtable account connected with Zapier, click on **Connect a New Account** and then paste your **Airtable API key** to connect. - Select your **Airtable base, Airtable Table,** and select **First Name** & **Email** for the Name & Email Column. - Click on the `Continue` button - Click on `Test Action`, & It will send the test record to your Airtable. - Go to your builder, publish your site, and send one or some random data - If you want to write any custom success message, you can do it from your builder. - To turn on your Zap, click on `Publish`. **The GIFs & Screenshots below show the whole process being demonstrated visually ⬇️** 1. After that, go back to your Zapier account & click on the `Test trigger` button. Click on the `Continue with selected record` button. ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/cf1fc9cc00911000/gif-recording-2024-06-26-at-10_p1et9g.gif) --- ## Fetch Form Data from Zapier to Airtable 1. **From the Action Modal:** - Select **Airtable** and **Create Record** from **Zapier**. - Click on the `Continue` button. 2. **Configure Airtable:** - Choose your **Airtable base** and **Airtable Table**. - Map the **First Name** and **Email** fields to the corresponding columns in Airtable. - Click on the `Continue` button. 3. **Test the Connection:** - Click on the `Test Action` button. Expand the **Form Configuration** option. 2. Scroll down to the **Success Action** section. 3. Select the **Show Message** tab. 4. Enter your custom success message in the provided field. 5. Expand the **Form Configuration** option. 2. Scroll down to the **Success Action** section. 3. Select the **Forward to URL** tab. 4. Choose the **link type**: - **External link**: Enter the URL in the provided field. - **Page**: Select your preferred page. - **Section**: Enter the **section ID** in the provided field. 5.
