# Adding the Text element

By following the simple steps below, you can easily add the Text element ****to your site. 

- Click on + **Add Element or Containers** in an empty Container
- From the **Elements** option, select the **Text** element

# Editing the Text element

To add and edit a **Text** element on your site, follow the steps and instructions below.

## Text Background
