# Inviting a Client to Whitelabel website

# Getting Started

To grant a client control of a site, invite them as a **Administrator role** team member. This will give them full control of the site, with some exceptions such as being unable to delete the site or use Redirect URL.

# Invite a Client to a CMS Site

To add a client to your CMS site, follow these steps:

- Click on the **Advanced Configuration** (🛠️) option in the left panel.
- Go to **Team Members** between **Site Settings** and **Custom Domain**.
- Click on **Invite Member**.
- Enter the client’s **email address**.
- Enter their **name**.
- Assign them a **role**.
- Click **Send Invitation**.
- The status will remain as 🟡 **invited** until the client accepts the invitation.


**All the steps are demonstrated below ⬇️**


✅ **Step 1:** Click on the **Advanced Configuration** (🛠️) option in the left panel of your **CMS** **Dashboard**

✅ **Step 2:** In the Advanced Configurations tab, navigate to the **Team Members** option

✅ **Step 3:** Click on **Invite Member.** Input the client’s **Email Address, Name, a**ssign them a **Member Role,** and ****press **`Send Invitation`.**

✅ **Step 4:** You will get 4 types of member roles; choose any one according to your needs

✅ **Step 5:** The status will remain as 🟡 **invited** until the client accepts the invitation.

✅ **Step 6:** After the client accepts the invitation, the status will change to 🟢 **active**.
